The intention of this website is to inform citizens within each district why the sister district realtionship was entered into and the benefits of doing so. The website will also showcase to the world the need for citizen to citizen diplomacy and connectivity using modern technology to facilitate and aid in the development of cross-border relationships without prejudice.
